Parishrama Adalat in Hyderabad Resolves 65 MSE Payment Disputes Worth ₹8.29 Crore
Hyderabad: The ‘Parishrama Adalat’, a conciliation conclave for delayed-payment disputes involving Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs), has resolved 65 cases involving ₹8.29 crore, helping businesses restore cash flow and continue operations.
Organised by the Telangana Commissionerate of Industries and Commerce in association with the Ministry of MSME at FTCCI, the conclave brought together MSEs, buyers, public sector enterprises, Facilitation Councils, ADR institutions and government officials.
The initiative highlighted how delayed payments can affect salaries, raw material purchases, loan repayments and new business opportunities. Entrepreneurs shared cases where dispute resolution helped recover long-pending dues and preserve business relationships.
Officials also highlighted the role of the MSME ODR Platform, launched in 2025, in providing a digital route for resolving payment disputes. More than 800 cases have reportedly been filed in Telangana through the ODR ecosystem, with around 85 resolved.
The conclave emphasised that effective dispute resolution is not merely about closing cases but helping enterprises regain financial stability and business confidence.
By combining conciliation, institutional mechanisms and digital tools, the initiative aims to speed up settlement of legitimate claims and strengthen the ease of doing business for MSEs.
