Iran War to End Soon, Oil Prices to Fall Sharply: Trump
Washington: US President Donald Trump has said the war against Iran could end soon, predicting a significant fall in global oil prices once the conflict concludes. However, he did not specify a timeline or outline a clear plan for bringing the hostilities to an end.
Speaking to reporters in the Oval Office at the White House alongside Vice President JD Vance, Trump said preventing Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons remained a key objective of the United States.

Claiming that Iran’s nuclear capabilities had been dismantled, Trump stressed that Washington needed to ensure Tehran could not rebuild them in the coming years.
“We have to make sure that they cannot rebuild it five, six or 10 years from now,” he said, underscoring the need to prevent any future revival of Iran’s nuclear capabilities.
